RENÉE ZELLWEGER ANNOUNCED AS BENEFIT T-SHIRT DESIGN BY JUICY COUTURE You can help us fight cancer in many ways: STAY
INFORMED
"Cancer affects all of us. It has affected my life, because it has struck some of the women I am close to. As a result, I have witnessed first-hand how destructive and damaging this disease can be. The money you raise here today will go toward funding this critical ground-breaking work. The result of which saved my friend Nanci's life." Renee Zellweger, 2003 Event Co-Host
It's hard to generalize the individuals who define the REVLON Run/Walk For Women. We come from different generations, organizations and communities, and we participate for reasons just as diverse as our backgrounds. However, we are united because we love the women in our lives and we want them to live in a cancer-free world! Stand united in support of the women in all our lives. Witness the tremendous courage of thousands of cancer survivors who are walking in celebration of life. Feel the strength of thousands bonded by the power of a common dream - to keep ALL women safe from cancer! In 2005, more than 40,000 participants came out in support of this important cause. By participating and raising funds, you help not only those women with cancer, but also the friends, families and loved ones whose lives have also been affected. Last year, more than 2.6 million dollars were distributed to the 15 beneficiaries of the REVLON Run/Walk For Women. Each year we grow closer to finding a cure and in the process, find superior methods of treatment. Contribute to the cutting-edge medical breakthroughs and diagnostic treatment services for underserved women and partake in the continued hope inspired by this event! If you can't participate, you can still join us in the fight against women's' cancers by making a donation. It is only through the amazing generosity of all our participants and donors that these incredible strides in the pursuit of a cure are possible. There are so many women who continue their fight against cancer, but hope prevails more than ever in 2006. On behalf of event co-founders Lilly Tartikoff and REVLON Chairman Ronald O. Perelman along with the Entertainment Industry Foundation, we thank you for you support of this worthy event.
